The Role
:
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by engaging clients and promoting new products over the phone.
Duties:
1. Conduct new business activities including emails, calls, meetings, and social media engagement.
2. Build and develop a pipeline of new clients.
3. Deliver quotes and proposals.
4. Present logistics solutions to prospective and existing clients.
5. Record all opportunities and results in the CRM (HubSpot).
6. Attend hospitality events and exhibitions.
Requirements:
7. Previously worked as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or in a similar role.
8. SaaS and logistics sales experience at the enterprise level.
9. Proven track record in securing high-value clients.
10. CRM experience and knowledge of UK and European transport and logistics.
11. Proficient in IT, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and internal data systems.
