The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of technology systems and processes. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of technical projects, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of technical changes, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage project risks and issues. Communicate project status, progress, and risks to senior management and stakeholders. Oversee change management processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies. Identify areas for continuous improvement in delivery processes and implement best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in managing technical change projects or programs. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
