Who are we?
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

As a Retail Assistant within Estelle Manor, you will pride yourself on delivering exceptional service, with a keen focus on engagement and relationship building with our members and guests. With a strong knowledge of brands, visual merchandising, data reporting and sales across fashion, homeware and jewellery, you will offer personalised recommendations to our members and guests, anticipating their needs where possible to provide a luxurious retail experience.
Who we are looking for?
* Previous experience in luxury retail.
* Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures of a premium brand.
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
* An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
This role is made up of a base rate of £14.38 per hour, plus inclusion in our commission scheme based on store performance.
