Candidate Consultant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum
The Role:
1. Successful attraction, resourcing, and recruitment of candidates to ensure client expectations are met.
2. Administrative support for candidate management.
3. Manage and refresh job board advertising in line with recruitment.
4. Ensure all applicants are managed to agreed process for screening.
5. Manage pre-screen, validation, and induction processes.
6. Conduct referencing and certification verification.
7. Identify alternative recruitment strategies.
8. Contribute to a candidate-focused culture, ensuring 'right fit', maintaining good communication, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
9. Create and maintain a 'Pool' of candidates appropriate to the client's needs.
10. Accountable for adhering to delivery processes, meeting and complying with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLAs, and employment and recruitment legislation.
What You Need:
1. Previous customer service experience.
2. Previous administration experience.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Good IT skills.
5. Ability to organize and excel within a fast-paced environment.
