About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant at this specialist SEN school, you'll play a vital role in providing essential support to students with a diverse range of learning needs. Your days will be varied and rewarding, and will involve: Working closely with individual students and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom, to provide tailored support and encouragement. Assisting with personal care needs (as required) with respect and sensitivity. Implementing engaging learning activities designed by teachers, adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles and needs. Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters independence, confidence, and a love of learning. Communicating and collaborating effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.
