Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with additional needs?
Teaching Personnel Northampton are looking for an Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to join the workforce of a specialist school in Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1-2-1 support to students with diverse needs (Autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges).
* Support in fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
* Collaborate with the staffing team within the school to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs.
* Compassionate and patient character.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Ability to work with challenging behaviours.
* Driving licence is preferred but not required if you have adequate travel arrangements.
Additional Information:
* £95+ per day - Dependent on experience and performance.
* Full-time and part-time roles available.
* Psychology Students and Graduates are encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
