Position Summary:
The Title Specialist is an essential function of the accounting team and specializes in title work for the dealership. This position is responsible for processing car deals, verifying costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
* 1-2 years of administrative experience
* Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and multi-task
* Team oriented and able to work in an open office environment
* Understand and commit to deadlines and ability to apply appropriate sense of urgency to assigned tasks
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
