We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant for various temporary positions within a network of specialist schools in or around St Leonard's-On-Sea. The role involves providing support to primary and secondary learners on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, and through interventions. Starting in September, both part-time and full-time hours are available. Our schools foster a strong community spirit where every child is valued. Candidates must have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or in a similar role within educational or care settings. The schools cater to mixed ability and SEN students, with around 70+ pupils per site. They offer a broad and balanced curriculum with attainment levels above the national average.
