What's in it for you?
* OTE 100,000 - you would need to sell 300 units (values ranging from 40,000/70,000 per unit) to earn 100,000 - multiple salespeople have hit this target during 2024
* Basic to 55,000 (DOE)

The Company
* A volume manufacturer of quality Holiday Homes and Holiday Lodges who supply Holiday Parks across the greater South West for sales and hire.
* The company is well funded with plans to grow the business in 2025 with the growth of the sales function a priority.
The Role
* You will be covering the Norfolk region, through to South Wales (central belt), developing the sale of an extensive range of quality park homes and lodges to holiday parks, for them to sell to the public or for them to hire to the public.
* The role will involve managing around 70 - 100 accounts, some with multiple locations. You will also be proactive and look for business development opportunities across your region.
About you
* A proven track record in sales, ideally from a leisure home background but the client is also open to applicants from the Modular industry.
* Tech savvy, in terms of utilizing CRM systems to track leads and activity.
* Someone who builds relationships with prospects but is also able to close a deal when the opportunity presents itself.
