This role will focus on managing land consents within the Bury St Edmunds area, and you'll be responsible for leading a team. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and guiding team members Strong understanding of landowner relationships, acquisition processes, and legislation Managing land consents, compensation claims, and high-risk areas Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and contractors Desired Skills & Qualifications: MRICS/AssocRICS or working towards this Strong team management and leadership skills Understanding of the Electricity Act (1989) Good negotiating skills and a proactive attitude Full UK driving licence
