Scott Vevers Ltd is a growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Bridport, Dorset.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Part Time Office Manager to join us on a permanent basis.
You will be part of the team responsible for management of the firm's administration and on occasion, point of contact for visitors/callers.
Utilising your previous experience within a similar role, we are looking for a highly organised individual to add to our current admin team.
The role requires experience in: -
- Office management
- Must be friendly, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and staff at all levels
- Using a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
Further useful (but not compulsory) experience in: -
- Marketing
- Database management
- Building management
- Bookkeeping
Salary - based on experience

Expected hours: 15 – 22.5 per week
