ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a freelance professional with the potential for a permanent position, depending on workload and performance. The primary responsibilities include conducting detailed and accurate site surveys and producing precise technical drawings using AutoCAD. The candidate will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure all work is accurate and complete. Duties also involve making necessary amendments and revisions to drawings and overseeing the printing, collating, recording, and monitoring of all project drawings.
The role requires ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations while identifying and resolving any design problems, discrepancies, or errors. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility. The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexity is essential, with a focus on meeting deadlines and supporting team members in achieving theirs.
Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams is necessary to ensure that solutions meet or exceed client objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all work produced. REQUIREMENTS
1. 5+ years of experience in the design and build construction industry
2. 3+ years of AutoCAD experience
3. Ability to commute to Bermondsey 4 out of 5 days a week
