The successful candidate will support us towards our goal of generating income for LUU - which is a not-for-profit charity that exists to support over 39,000 students to love their time at Leeds. Located at the heart of campus, the Union is a space to meet people, make new friends and get involved.
What we are looking for
We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, and the capability to assist in both the operational delivery of, and administration of, a large volume of media sales / venue hire bookings from both existing and new clients, ensuring the smooth operation of advertising and conferencing events within our venues.
You would be the regular contact for our Activations, Digital media advertising, Digital Screens and poster advertising partners, therefore, we require an individual who is confident in their ability to communicate over email, and provide a high level of customer service.
