Key Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager : Manage and oversee all aspects of contracts from agreement to final delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and contractual obligations fulfilled. Ensure all projects comply with safety and environmental regulations, including CDM 2015. Coordinate on-site teams and activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage and control project costs while minimizing risks and addressing any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contract-related communications and updates.
