* Develop campaign strategies and execute across both paid and organic social media
* Produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives, including promotional videos, destination features, customer testimonials, and more
* Manage and grow Travel Republics social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation
* Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to enquiries, and cultivate an active online community
* Track and analyse performance metrics for social media content, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
* Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, content creators, and other brands to amplify our reach and impact
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative
* Manage the daily budget for paid adverts, driving leads to the customer experience team.
Previous experience working within social media or a similar industry
* A passion for all things digital and a good eye for content creation
* Familiar with the types of content used in social platforms and how they work for brands and businesses
* A sound understanding of social media community management & moderation
* Awareness of other digital marketing channels and how they integrate with social media
* Video editing skills and a flair for creativity
* An understanding of core principles of social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube
* Experience using performance tools such as Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics
* Able to provide basic levels of data analysis and reporting
* Impeccable copywriting / blog writing skills with a high standard of spelling and grammar
* Flexible and hard working proven ability of working to deadlines under pressure
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
