HR Advisor needed in Southampton Paying £18.06 per day ref 5256917
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support HR Business Partners with HR and OD interventions to boost employee engagement and performance.
2. Provide HR support for employee relations queries and case work.
3. Contribute to workforce planning using data insights to enhance performance and productivity.
4. Support employee training, learning, and development.
5. Ensure efficient execution of processes in line with policies.
6. Assist with HR and OD projects to improve the HR service and make the organisation a great place to work.
7. Maintain good relationships with TU representatives to resolve disputes and ensure effective outcomes.
8. Offer professional HR and OD advice to managers in line with the Workforce Strategy.
