We are looking for an experienced IFA professional who is reliable and hardworking. You should have 3-5 years + experience and ideally have a very strong knowledge of IO.
The successful recruit will work in a busy Independent Financial Adviser practice in the City of London.
You will support a small team of administrators, deal with clients directly, and liaise with the paraplanner and advice function.

Duties
Reporting:
You will report directly to the MD.
Management Team:
Over time, you will be integrated into the Management Team.
Administration team oversight and mentoring:
You will be responsible for providing oversight and mentoring members of your administration team.
Team training:
You will assist in team training.
Team checking:
You will periodically check on work undertaken by the administration team.
Cash monitor:
You will provide a monthly breakdown of cash on platform for each client.
Additional support:
There may also be occasions where advisers require additional support.
Your team:
The range of core duties undertaken by your team include producing illustrations, new business processing, creating review packs, providing valuations, electronic filing, maintaining client records, answering the telephone, meeting and greeting visiting clients, managing incoming and outgoing post, and scanning functions.
Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong IT skills.
* Strong knowledge of IO.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Strong communicator.
* Experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Ability to work as part of the team, adopting our values of collaboration.
* Attention to detail.
