You'll Fit Right Inn
The Inn Collection Group is a rapidly expanding, award-winning hospitality company with inns across the North of England. You will play a vital role in the marketing team to help launch the new loyalty programme and accelerating our ecrm programme to drive customer retention.
ECRM Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* Develop ECRM strategy build for full funnel marketing.
* Building and segmenting email lists through lead generation strategies, data cleansing, and list hygiene practices.
* Designing and crafting engaging email content, including subject lines, visuals, and calls-to-action tailored to different audience segments.
* Setting up automated email sequences for lead nurturing, welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.
* Tracking key metrics like email delivery rates, bounce rates, conversion rates, and ROI to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
* Conducting split tests on different email elements to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
* Manage CDP platform and ensure all data flows into CRM/ CDP efficiently.
Loyalty Programme Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* Design and structure the loyalty program framework, including tiers, reward levels, and redemption options.
* Analyse customer data to identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour.
* Segment customers based on their loyalty level and purchasing habits.
* Leverage data to personalise loyalty offers and communications.
* Create targeted loyalty campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, app notifications).
* Manage promotional calendars and ensure timely delivery of loyalty offers.
* Host loyalty events and exclusive experiences for high-value customers.
* Develop and launch our App, managing performance.
* Work with our enterprise architect to build an integrated ecosystem of customer data.
Key skills:
* Strategic planner with a keen eye for detail.
* Data driven person who loves delving into data and creating workable insights.
* Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously creating new opportunities.
Requirements:
* Degree in relevant field (or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years’ work experience in relevant environment.
* Excellent copy writing skills, attention to detail and impeccable grammar.
* Confident user of Microsoft Suite.
* Travel to sites when needed (expenses covered).
* Have a genuine passion for marketing and the hospitality industry.
* Experience using CRM and loyalty systems.
