Role: Optical Office Manager
Based: Wednesbury
Term: Permanent and full time position Mon-Friday 37.5hrs per week.
Salary £25,000 per annum
Experience level: Must have previous office-based management experience and the ability to lead a successful and motivated team with a key focus on KPI’s and day to day operations of the business.

As a successful Office Manager at Specsavers Domiciliary, you will bring the energy to motivate and encourage your team, ensuring our ambitious standards are always maintained. Proven leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.
You must have solid and proven experience of running office and field-based teams and ensure successful and efficient planning of all clinics and aftercare across our region. You will also be responsible for financial and performance targets and to help to develop commercial opportunities. People make our business so it is crucial that you can support us with the recruitment, training, and induction process too.
