Position: Project Manager Location: Thurnscoe Site Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will oversee the efficient delivery of all projects from handover to completion. You will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Finance, and Despatch, to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will support Technical Advisors deployed overseas by providing technical assistance and managing travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management: Lead projects from handover by the sales team to completion. Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about contract status, address complaints, inquiries, and requests, typically following the Customer Communication Plan (CCP). Project Management System: Maintain up-to-date project data, including key dates, milestones, costings, and sales values. Proactive Project Management: Obtain drawing approvals, issue invoices promptly, manage project variations, and ensure timely payment collection in line with customer payment terms. Logistics Coordination: Arrange shipment of goods to UK and overseas sites, adhering to company export procedures and project budgets. Liaison with Asset Manager and Subcontractors: Create specific RAMS and ensure necessary plant and equipment are available on-site during tank builds. Required Experience Proven knowledge and experience in managing, monitoring, and reporting on projects. Experience in direct customer and supplier interactions in a B2B environment. Familiarity with export documentation (preferred). Experience in the construction industry (preferred).
