Development Executive
Our Development Executive’s understand our client’s businesses and their approach to insurance and risk management. They offer insurance solutions for the protection of their assets securing renewal or new business.
You will support the growth of the business by providing support for new and existing policies as well as the maintenance and development of our relationship with all Broker Partners
Key Responsibilities:
To understand client’s business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance.
1. Ensure the smooth running of assigned Broker accounts – keeping enquires and transactions up to date at all times.
2. Being in continuous communication with our Brokers to ensure we are managing their expectations.
3. Develop, maintain, and cultivate a constructive and professional relationship with external Broker & Insurer partners at all levels.
4. Be the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from external Brokers/Clients.
5. Keeping client/broker data up to date and accurate on our processing system.
6. Support the creation of presentations for both new and existing clients. Which includes the creation of Excel Spreadsheets for portfolio cases.
7. Proactively seek and recommend improvements to processes and services, participating fully in the implementation of them and being an advocate for change where necessary.
8. Studying and analysing other products to ensure their suitability for each client.
Qualifications & Experience:
9. Previous experience of delivering high levels of client service.
10. Previous experience of working within financial services.
11. Previous experience of working towards targets and measured Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
12. Holding or willingness to work towards holding Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications.
13. Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
14. Previous experience of managing own workload as well as helping with others
