A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a Band Physiotherapist in our hand team. You will work alongside highly experience Band hand clinical specialist physiotherapists. If hands is an area that you wish to gain experience and develop skills while working within a friendly established team then this is the post for you.
There will be a requirement to travel to different hospital sites as part of this role.
The physiotherapy service in BCUHB offers a whole career pathway to Band A as an advanced clinical practitioner. Service improvement and development is encouraged and all staff have access to regular supervision and training.
Excellent support, supervision and in-house training provided.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and motivated individual who has an interest in handtherapy and the ability to engage well with their patients.
We need a therapist with excellent clinical reasoning skills who can work independently as well as part of a team under appropriate supervision, who is an advocate for post-graduate training and who will fully support innovative ways of working, best practice and training.
The applicant should be able to demonstrate relevant musculoskeletal experience
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
