Centre Point Recruitment are seeking a highly professional and experienced Luxury Residential Concierge to join our client, a specialist residential managing agents on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of efficiency and discretion. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet residents and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
* Assist residents with various requests, including reservations, transportation, and personal errands.
* Coordinate with external service providers to arrange for maintenance, housekeeping, and other services.
* Manage and oversee the reception area, ensuring it is always clean and presentable.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery.
* Address and resolve any resident complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and requests.
* Ensure the security and privacy of residents by monitoring access to the building and reporting any suspicious activity.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
* A professional appearance and demeanor.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hours: 12hr shift - Pittman rota (Day and Night available)
