Long Term Futures are excited to support a fantastic secondary school in Harrow (HA3), seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role focuses on working with pupils with ASD and ADHD, helping them thrive in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with ASD and ADHD, fostering their academic and social progress.
- Assist in delivering tailored strategies to support individual needs, including implementing visual aids, schedules, and behaviour management techniques.
- Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to ensure pupils remain engaged and supported in lessons.
- Help students develop self-regulation strategies and confidence to navigate school life.
- Contribute to creating a nurturing and structured environment where students feel valued and understood.
About You:
- Experience supporting students with ASD and ADHD in a secondary school setting is essential.
- Knowledge of differentiated learning strategies and behaviour management techniques.
- A calm, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting students with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- A relevant qualification or degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
