Level 3 Nursery Room Leader
Salary: Up to £29,000, depending on experience and qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to join our client's Early Years team at their welcoming nursery, featuring an all-seasons outdoor play area and age-specific rooms in a home-like environment. As the Room Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the well-being and development of children, while leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, with a comprehensive understanding of child development and early education principles.
* Proven experience working in a nursery setting, with previous leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for creating inclusive and diverse learning environments.
* A clear understanding of safeguarding procedures and a steadfast commitment to upholding the welfare of all children in the nursery.
* In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in early years education, including a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

As a Level 3 Nursery Room Leader, your responsibilities will include:

* Contributing to the continuous improvement of nursery practices and policies, actively participating in staff meetings and seeking professional development opportunities.
