TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyorson a 6MONTH CONTRACT starting ASAP in/around the ESSEX area to survey OVER1000PROPERTIES.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software (NOTUS POCKET SURVEY)
* Outside IR35 rolePaid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks - VERY GOOD RATES
* Over 1000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION ONLY
* Properties located in/aroundthe Essex area (Colchester, Chelmsford and surrounding areas)
* ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties - CONTACT NUMBERS PROVIDED FOR TENANTS
* Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
* 6MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
