The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers faults, technical issues and changes. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently, providing support 24x7 supporting our customer base
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and resolve incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
* Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
* Ensure total customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining site/data security.
* Meet/Greet customers and guest
* React to internal and customer alerts
* Manage and prioritize busy workflows
Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of experience in a customer service / support role.
2. Good knowledge of Windows, Networking, WiFi
