About Our Client
A well established pauroll bureau within a respected chartered accountants is looking to recruit a full time Payroll Supervisor on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
Job Description
As Payroll Supervisor you will be responsible for:* Liaising with clients and entering payroll data from start to finish* Reconciling payroll to client data, getting client approval as appropriate and issuing payroll reports & payslips* Reviewing team member's work* Preparing payroll journals* Reconciling weekly and monthly PAYE figures* Preparing BACS files* Administering Pension Auto-enrolment * Producing and distributing pension scheme returns, including notification of changes in members' status and uploading to pension provider* Dealing effectively with queries from clients, and HMRC and other parts if the business* Assisting with onboarding new clients.* Share knowledge internally and externally.
The Successful Applicant
* Payroll bureau experience* Able to calculate tax, NI, pensions, etc. manually* Good working knowledge of statutory family leave, SSP, salary sacrifice, pensions,etc.* Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

£40-44,000 Hybrid working (2 days per week WFH) once processes are established
