What You’ll Do:
As an onboarding coordinator, you will support candidates throughout their journey of starting a new job. This includes guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring that they complete all necessary paperwork, and providing them with information about company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for coordinating orientation sessions and training programs, addressing any questions or concerns new hires may have, and facilitating a smooth transition into their roles. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that new employees have access to the resources and tools they need to succeed from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of 35-40 onboarding contractor cases
* Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining service level agreements
* Serve as the primary point of contact for screening and contract queries.
* Provide timely updates throughout each onboarding process to all stakeholders.
* Send and collate satisfaction surveys to enhance candidate experience.
* Ensure adherence to Data Protection policies and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Methodical and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
* Excellent query resolution and a friendly telephone manner.
* Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
