Our client: A leading provider of quality heating, installation and inspection, while also providing the highest of standards in maintenance and servicing. Currently employ over 100 staff, generating a stunning 36 million revenue in 2023. Customer base that includes the public and private sector. An ambitious plan to achieve revenue of 100 million by 2028, so this is a pivotal role for you to join our client on this journey. The role: With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, you will: Have responsibility for new lead generation, building and maintaining relationships, planning and budgeting, sales and pipeline tracking (including full year budgeting, sales and strategy development that covers full year budgeting and rolling forecasting) and collaboration with estimating functions. The person: Significant sales, account management, or business development experience within the construction development and general contractors sector. Proven experience in achieving sales and growth in a similar sector. Sound understanding of the construction industry, clean energy space and facilities management. Excellent communication skills: verbal and written, with an innate ability to take the lead, negotiate, and be passionate about discovering new markets while converting leads into wins. Full, clean driving licence and flexible to travel throughout the UK and/or abroad when required. On offer: Negotiable up to £60,000.
