Mechanic
We are looking for skilled and experienced Mechanic`s to join our team supporting our customer on an ongoing contract basis. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults on the customers vehicles in preparation for sale.
The main responsibilities for the successful candidates are:
1. Inspecting and repairing vehicles
2. Engine removal and re-fitment of engine to vehicle
3. Experience of working in a workshop on passenger vehicles is required.
4. Perform restorative and preventative work on gears, brakes, engine, air conditioning, security features, fuel pump, etc.
5. Using diagnostic equipment.
6. Replacing faulty parts.
Requirements
Mechanic Requirements:
· IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle repair or equivalent is essential
· Proven work experience as a Mechanic minimum 3 years
· Having good manual dexterity.
· Being able to follow instructions.
· Having good communication skills.
· Having excellent knowledge about motor technology.
· Being methodical and organised.
· Having good concentration.
· Being able to work to strict deadlines.
· Having strong interest in motor vehicles.
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
