Person Specification
1. Proven experience of working within the recruitment industry
2. Customer-focused with exceptional organisational skills
3. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams
5. Flexible approach to work
