Job description - the role On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst (ServiceNow - IRM) for a 6 Months (likely to extend) contract based in London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office) Deutsche Bank is a global banking business with strong roots in Germany and operations in over 70 countries. Purpose of the role: As IT Business Analyst (ServiceNow - IRM) you will support a strategic project focused on ServiceNow Risk Migration. This role involves working within the Non-Financial Risk space to oversee migration from the BCS Control Centre to ServiceNow. You will act as a critical intermediary between vendors, facilitate communication, and provide expertise in data migration and application transitions. Key responsibilities Lead migration tasks, collaborating with vendors. Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication between vendors and resolve issues. Analyze front-to-back business and functional requirements and write comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and test packs. Coordinate and manage end-to-end UAT (user acceptance testing) processes. Develop and execute solutions to mitigate operational and non-financial risks while recommending automated solutions. Engage with stakeholders and senior management through reports, presentations, and regular updates. Provide support for application implementation and address post-go-live challenges. Skills and Qualifications Extended experience as IT Business Analyst in Investment Banking or Financial Services. Expertise in ServiceNow (Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module) or BCS Control Centre. Strong business analysis skills, including SQL and data query proficiency. Experience with Non-Financial Risk Management (IRM and Operational Risk frameworks). Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; tools such as Jira and Jama are a plus.
