We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a company based near Chichester. You will have previous experience of working within accounts or finance and will play a key role in assisting the accounts team. Due to the remote location of this role, you will need your own transport. As an Accounts Assistant your key responsibilities will include: Processing purchase ledger invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct Processing reports Managing and processing payments in Sage Credit Control tasks Supporting the finance team with general accounting duties as needed. Requirements: Previous experience of working within accounts Experience with using Sage is beneficial Experience with processing invoices in a timely manner This is a full time temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate. The working hours will be Monday to Thursday 08:30am-17:00pm and Fridays 8am to 12pm. The office is based near Chichester and is fully office based with working from home on Fridays paying an hourly rate between £13.74-£16.48 per hour depending on experience.
