Sales And Customer Service Advisor
Location: Warrington
Hours: Mon-Thur (am - pm)
We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our high street branch in Warrington. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception desk, overseeing the diary for the Audiologist, making calls to customers, and providing a welcoming environment for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the diary efficiently to balance sales and service appointments for new and existing customers.
* Review the customer database regularly to identify appointment opportunities and improve clinic performance.
* Make personalized welcome calls to maximize attendance and foster customer relationships.
* Generate revenue by scheduling appointments and promoting add-on products where appropriate.
* Maintain relationships with customers, offering promotions and hearing solutions.
* Ensure the store's appearance aligns with Amplifon standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
* Manage stock levels to ensure availability of products.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude, supporting the clinic's success and customer needs.
Requirements include:
* Computer literacy, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive; experience with databases or booking systems preferred.
* Sales skills with the ability to support audiologists in meeting targets.
* Flexibility, agility, and a positive response to change.
* Strong relationship-building skills with team members and departments.
* Self-motivation and problem-solving abilities.
