Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Communal Cleaner - to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Cleaning Team based at Harrison Park, Hull HU6 Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors to a high standard throughout the complex. Key responsibilities will include: Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels Clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces. Removal of waste from internal litter bins Key requirements: You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service. Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the safety of the office staff Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety legislation is desired Please Note: As this role will involve working in Extra Care Facilities, confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
