Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management and should have exposure to one (or ideally both) of the enterprise architecture tools, Ardoq and/or ShiftX.
This role involves facilitating process management discussions, documenting and optimizing workflows, and ensuring the efficient use of enterprise architecture and process management tools.
The successful applicant will
1. Facilitate process management sessions to identify, analyze, and improve business processes.
2. Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document new processes and procedures or enhance existing processes and procedures.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Provide training and support to team members on process management tools and methodologies.
6. Monitor and report on process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
7. Evaluate functional capability and build deliverables (i.e., process maps and workflows) into our client’s enterprise architecture platform Ardoq.
8. Manage and optimize the use of Ardoq to support business objectives.
