The focus of this role is to gain specifications through architects and designers and then hand over to the company's commercial contractor team to manage through to project completion.
Project sectors include office, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, leisure, and transportation with a focus on Edinburgh, Glasgow, and the central belt.
Responsibilities
1. Carrying out CPD's with key specifiers
2. Actively promoting product range through seminars, promotions, and exhibitions
3. Establish comprehensive knowledge of competitor products and market trends
4. Develop strategy to achieve territorial targets
To apply for this role, you need to have experience working within the A&D market and have advanced selling and negotiation skills. Any knowledge of commercial interiors such as floors, insulation, drylining, walls, ceilings, KBB, or acoustics would be preferred but is not essential.
It's more important that you are self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
