We're recruiting a People Development Administrator to join our team based at our head office in Wootton, Bedfordshire.
This is a key role in providing an effective and efficient People Development service, ensuring that all staff receive the necessary training and development opportunities for them, enabling them to perform their role to the best of their abilities.
Reporting to the People Development Manager, they will act as a primary point of contact for the business for People Development and will own the administrative requirements of the team.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide general administrative support for the People Development team, including maintenance of training materials, filing, ordering, printing, amending documents and responding to queries.
* Taking ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of People Development systems, ensuring learner records are up to date and producing attendance/completion reports.
* Owning and continuously improving administrative processes, our Learning Management System and other online systems.
* Organising appropriate venues and materials for events, promoting events and managing delegate bookings.
* Processing teammates who have been approved for apprenticeships, Driver Academy, development contracts and industry specific courses.
What we need from you:
* Strong administration skills.
* Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and engage with others clearly.
* You must have great organisational and planning skills, to manage your time and meet deadlines and objectives.
* Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of our organisation.
* To be comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office.
* A proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work.
* Experience of working with a Learning Management System would be an advantage but is not essential.
