Manage orders to meet Customer's known requirements, to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full. Manage Customer expectations in a pro-active manner via telephone/email Customer Queries - Ensure customer queries/concerns/complaints are answered and logged where appropriate in the relevant databases. Manage Customers' expectations in a proactive manner and assisting with their queries through to resolution.
