Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Junior Project Manager will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, eager to grow in project management within the cybersecurity industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in defining project scope, goals, planning, and deliverables.
2. Develop project plans and schedules.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
5. Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
6. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
8. Support the project team in daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
1. A level education level.
2. Experience in project management or a related role.
3. A basic understanding of the cybersecurity industry.
4. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Awareness of project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
