We are now seeking a Fixed Term Learning and Development Administrator to support our wider L&D team during a critical three-month period while we roll out our new Learning Management System - Learning Pool. This role is a temporary post for a 3-month period and is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in training administration, education, or learning environments who is looking to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic team. As our L&D Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring our new LMS system roll out is as smooth as possible. In addition to this you will be responsible for: Managing L&D calendars, scheduling training sessions, and coordinating meetings. Organising logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging catering, and setting up equipment. Liaising with trainers, external vendors, and employees to ensure seamless training delivery. Supporting virtual and in-person training sessions by setting up online platforms and troubleshooting technical issues. Assisting in updating and maintaining the company's Learning Management System (LMS). Enrolling employees in courses and tracking their progress. Generating reports on training completion and compliance. Handling correspondence, emails, and inquiries related to training programs. Maintaining accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and evaluations. Preparing training materials, reports, and presentations. Processing invoices and managing budget tracking for training expenses. What We're Looking For: Essential: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a learning & development, education, or training environment. A strong understanding of training coordination and logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. The ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work independently. A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above. Desirable : Experience working in an L&D or corporate training environment. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training methodologies. A background in education, such as supply teaching, tutoring, or graduate-level studies in education/training. Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant field.
