While previous HR experience is desirable, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. About You Key Responsibilities Prepare HR-related reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR documentation. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies. Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support as required. Help coordinate HR projects, events, and initiatives. Skills & Experience Required Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Strong PowerPoint skills (e.g., creating engaging presentations, visual reports). Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. A proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
