Supporting Secondary & SEN Schools
£90 per day (with potential to increase)
We’re looking for reliable, motivated Teaching Assistants to work across secondary and SEN schools in Alford and the surrounding areas.

The Role:
* Provide in-class support to teachers and students
* Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils
* Assist students with a range of learning needs, including SEN
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Support behaviour management and engagement
* Adapt to different school settings and student needs

What We’re Looking For:
* Enthusiastic, patient, and caring individuals
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for helping young people succeed
* Experience in a school or SEN setting is a plus – but not essential
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
