The role of Operations Manager within Clydebuilt at the SEC for Levy is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of Clydebuilt Bar and Kitchens operation to ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, profitability, and compliance with regulations. To provide exceptional service to our clients and customers. Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. Drive foodservice and support service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements. Review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets in line with management and performance reporting. Demonstrate commercial value to your direct reports, line manager and Leadership teams, in line with the One Compass vision, values and overall business strategy.

* About You:
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred. Food Safety Certification and Personal License required. Management or hospitality training preferred.
* Experience: 2+ years in bar/restaurant management with proven staff leadership, budgeting, and cost control skills. Strong food and beverage operations knowledge, marketing experience, and familiarity with health and safety regulations.
