Job Description JOB – Operations Manager (B2C Sales) LOCATION – London TERM- Permanent SALARY - £50,000-£80,000 per annum, plus bonus and company car My client is a specialist manufacturer. They are looking for an Operations Manager with a B2C Sales background and product sales experience to join their team in London on a permanent basis. The Operations Manager will ideally have the following attributes: Experienced in Product Sales with excellent Business Development skills Strong financial knowledge Experienced managing direct reports, setting targets and KPIs Able to find business opportunities, create sales plans and develop progress reports Extensive customer-facing experience and the ability to provide a quality service Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to motivate others Organised and methodical Eager to get stuck in and involved with direct sales as well as management Enthusiasm for the position Have a full UK Driving License and the ability to travel as required The Operations Manager role will involve: Managing direct reports, whilst taking part in sales activities within the company Speaking directly to end users to sell a product Liaising with different staff throughout the company, from Engineers to Board Members Analysing targets, business development opportunities, creating sales plans and setting KPIs Optimising marketing and new business opportunities to increase sales Working with clients to maintain the company’s excellent reputation Representing the company at showrooms and events Working in alignment with commercial, technical, research and marketing strategies Achieving revenue growth targets Day-to-day sales management and team engagement Driving for progression and growth of the business Occasional travel to other sites and to meet customers when required If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible.
