Senior Ecommerce Manager (Beauty Industry)

The challenge is on for us to find an exceptional and experienced Head of or Senior Ecommerce Manager with several years of Beauty Brand experience.

In this role you will be leading our DTC across the entire digital and ecommerce operations and accountable for our brands online performance across our own site. Ideally you will be a data driven marketing expert with a strong analytical mindset, experience in CRM and Loyalty Program and a background in Performance Marketing.
Working closely with the CEO/Founders you will drive growth by shaping a powerful digital presence.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Full accountability for all DTC. With a focus on growing ecommerce sales, profitability, and brand visibility.
· Creating, developing and implementing omnichannel marketing and advertising strategies that drive DTC and
e-tail success to improve CAC and ROAS.
· Being a Leader for all ecommerce functions, including planning, content strategy, marketing, website design, web
analytics, and technology.
· Ownership of the digital business P&L, including budget forecasting, planning and performance metrics.
· Analyse and optimise all digital channels (email, paid social, SEO, affiliate etc) KPI’s
Must have:
· Minimum 4 years’ experience with evidence of driving sales growth in a beauty environment at a rapid pace.
· Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with Senior Management, external clients
and agencies.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to present and explain sales information clearly
and confidently.
· Self-motivated and proactive. Enthusiastic, collaborative and energetic.
· Highly organised to be able to see multiple projects through from ideation to completion.
· Proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem solving and creative thinking.
