This pivotal role is suited for a motivated and experienced professional who excels in leadership and is committed to driving business growth while delivering exceptional customer service Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operational meetings with the Lettings team to drive KPIs and enhance performance. Mentor and support team members through coaching and regular performance reviews. Generate new business and nurture repeat clients through strategic marketing and robust networking. Foster and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring all interactions are managed with professionalism and care. Handle negotiations and finalise new tenancy agreements to maximise branch profitability. Ensure all business operations adhere to the highest compliance standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate property viewings that align with tenants' needs and schedules. Essential Skills: Must possess a full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle. At least 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher. Demonstrated ability to lead a team, create a positive work environment, and encourage professional growth. Effective communication skills, capable of establishing trust with clients, suppliers, and team members. Strategic planning skills with the ability to action and adapt business plans to meet local market needs. Analytical acumen to monitor and respond to local competitor activities. In-depth understanding of current UK legislation relevant to Residential Lettings. Proven ability to manage high volume workloads with meticulous attention to detail. A strong reputation for delivering superior customer service. Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office, and excellent telephone manners.
