Job Title: Administrator
Location: Outskirts of Colchester - North.
Remuneration: £24,000 per annum
Contract Details: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (No weekend work)
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team as the sole admin, ensuring top-notch customer service to all clients 🌟
Accurately enter sales orders into Excel and the in-house system (training provided)
Familiarise yourself with product SKU numbers for efficient processing
Communicate updates on orders and deliveries to customers and the sales team via phone and email 📞✉️Skills:
Organised and methodical with a keen attention to detail 🔍
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Team player capable of building lasting relationships 🤝
Proficient in all MS Office applications
