Job Purpose:
The QHSE Systems & Compliance Manager will be required, as part of a team to carry out a wide range of QHSE related activities, including but not limited to:
Job Description:
Responsible for the administration, development and continual improvement of the systems used to manage and report QHSE.
Plan, Coordinate and perform as necessary, the QHSE activities required to maintain legal and MS compliance and provide the inputs for analysis and review.
To work with the QHSE team to help develop, implement, and continually improve the Company and Project QHSE Standards and requirements.
Assist in identifying and processing any non-conformances, liaise with suppliers (internal and external) and help with providing corrective action and lessons learned.
Provide management system reports, maintain and update electronic information systems, distribute and ensure accuracy of all documentation in line with the Company procedures and policies.
Helping to promote the best practice and safe systems of work we have built in to our QHSE Management systems, helping and mentoring the users and operators.
Job Description
Promote the culture of safely, proactively and reliably
Internal / External inspections.
Data gathering and analysis.
Contribute to management reports.
Manage and verify supplier documents and certification.
Perform or assist with internal audits and participate with external audits.
Maintaining and updating calibrated equipment and calibration register.
Maintenance and improvement of the approved Supplier List/system.
Maintenance of QHSE Management System, documents and records.
Management and record keeping of QHSE reporting (Observation Reports, Risk Assessments, Toolbox Talks, Audits, and Incident Reports etc).
Development of Project Quality Plans, HSE Plans and Inspection and Test Plans.
Identifying, investigation, and reporting of non-conformities, including Root Cause Analysis.
Trend analysis and implementation of corrective actions via LEAN, 8D, Six Sigma, etc. processes and methodologies.
Develop and promote QHSE culture, with cost of poor-quality analysis combined with improving behaviors towards the ‘Safety Fierst’ & ‘Right First Time’ goals.
Manage and drive QHSE continuous improvement activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives both internally and with suppliers.
Lead or support Problem Solving, Failure Analysis, Corrective Action and Preventative Action activities.
Promote a culture of structured problem solving.
Provide guidance and mentoring to designated individuals, as necessary
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
5 years min QHSE experience ideally Engineering
ISO MS Standards knowledge (9001,14001,45001)
CQI Level 3 would be preferable
ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor would be preferable
NEBOSH certificate preferable
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accurate.

Able to use basic measuring equipment.
